Interfax CHISINAU. May 12 (Interfax) - Head of the OSCE permanent mission in Moldova William Hill has voiced regret that the authorities in the self- proclaimed republic of Transdniestria did not allow mission members to visit the Russian military arsenals on their territory on Thursday.

The Russian General Staff and Defense Ministry had given advance approval for the visit but the local authorities did not allow mission members to enter the region, he told a Thursday news conference.
