INA Chisinau, February 3, INTERLIC. The RAO Nordic?, a daughter company of the RAO EES Russia?, will purchase a control packet of stocks of the Moldavian Hydropower Station (Dnestrovsk, Transdniestria) from its present owner ? the Russian-Belgian company Saint Gidon Invest. As INTERLIC News agency reports with reference to the local and foreign mass media, the matter is of the sale of 51% stocks of the station. It is expected that the sides will register this transaction in the nearest time. The RAO Nordic? hopes to enter the Balkan Energy Market.
