INA Chisinau, February 10, INTERLIC. The Transdniestrian authorities have sold a 100% packet of stocks of the Limited Corporation "Bender Chemical Factory" to the Public Corporation "Amfora", registered in Tiraspol, for $94 thousand, INTERLIC News agency reports.

The authorized capital of the enterprise is about 958 thousand Transdniestrian rubles (about $120 thousand).

The Bender biochemical Factory was set up in 1971 and specialized in the production of protein fodder yeast, premixes and other fodder additives, use in livestock breeding. In 1994 it began producing ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and soft drinks, During the last three years the factory did not function.
