INA Tiraspol, March 17, INTERLIC. The Transdniestrian authorities have offered the SC Bender Cotton Wool?. As INTERLIC News agency reports from Tiraspol, the primary cost of the 100% block of stocks of this enterprise constitutes 155980 Transdniestrian rubles ($19320). The authorized capital of the enterprise is estimated at 3245264 rubles ($440 thousand). The creditors indebtedness constitutes 832078 rubles, the debitors indebtedness constitutes 144592 rubles ($18 thousand). According to the privatization terms, the purchaser must repay all the debts and invest $215 thousand into the repair of the buildings, and the purchase of new equipment and $150 thousand to replenish the current capital. The investment program is designed for 5 years. Besides, the new owner must provide for the increase of the output and the sale volume 10 times ? from $40000 to 400000 by 2009. The SC Bender Cotton Wool? produces industrial cotton wool, sheet wadding, furniture planking, quilts. The proposed date of the tender is March 28. Let us remind that the Official Chisinau does not recognize the actual and the past privatization in Transdniestria.
